GABERCRETE started as a sincere love for original characters - the inclination to take the building blocks, lexicon, and aesthetic guardrails of a well-defined universe and outfit your own journey in it.
It's for the underworlder, the seedy denizen, the scoundrel, the “plainsclothes-er” who looks like they could jump right out of the background of the scene. Utilitarian. Vibrant. Alternative.

GABERCRETE was formally established in 2019 as a solution for this kind of dressing (though the concept has existed since well before 2016). Originally offering bespoke scoundrel jackets and vests, the brand has since expanded to the ready-to-wear market.
FAQ
Q: I see a product is labeled **PRE-ORDER** - what does this mean?
A: Many of our styles are initially launched as pre-orders, in order to ensure we are able to meet production minimums - we are a small brand, and our product runs tend to be made in limited batches. If a product is labeled as a pre-order, please pay attention to the listing description in order to know when the product is estimated to deliver - these timelines can sometimes adjust due to various supply chain factors.
Q: When are you restocking [item]?
A: Because we tend to take many of our runs as pre-orders, we are often out of stock of various items - when we do have extra pieces available after pre-orders have shipped, we list them in the shop. Getting in during the pre-orders is the BEST way to ensure you get to order the products you want, as we don't always end up with extra pieces. Instagram is the best place to keep up to date on when new pre-order runs or in-stock launches will be posted.
Q: Do you take private commissions?
A: For the most part, not anymore; there aren't enough days in the week. :( We do entertain bulk inquiries and certain professional projects, so feel free to reach out to emma@gabercrete.com if your idea falls into one of those categories!
Q: What is the “behind-the-scenes” like?
A: GABERCRETE is the brainchild and passion project of RoboEmma (that's me!). I design everything, market everything, and handle the majority of day-to-day tasks. While this is largely a one-woman operation, I have very supportive friends who agree to model and provide photography for me, and I also work with a few factories (both domestic and non) to sew my small batch ready-to-wear styles (though some styles are still sewn by hand in-house!).
