Shipping policy
GABERCRETE ships domestically and to a select list of international customers. Shipping times are based on location. USPS (which we use for our shipping needs) generally gives delivery estimates, but these are not guarantees. Please read the individual product listings carefully when purchasing, as they will generally outline shipping expectations; this is especially important as most of our products are made-to-order (meaning they do not ship immediately at the time of sale).
A NOTE ABOUT PLACING BOTH PRE-ORDERED & IN-STOCK ITEMS IN THE SAME ORDER:
If you make a purchase that has both in-stock items and items marked as a pre-order in the same order, please note that your order will wait to ship until all items are available - this could delay getting your in-stock items for days, weeks, or months depending on how far along the pre-order item is in production. If you want to get your in-stock items without delay, we suggest placing them in a separate order.
PRE-ORDERS:
Please refer to the individual product listing for information about when pre-orders are opening, closing, and when the products are estimated to ship (these timelines can change and will be communicated if so). Items purchased during pre-orders will ship at a later date.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS:
Customers who order custom and made-to-order items, when purchased, will be given a broad estimate as to when to expect their order to be completed and shipped. This window is just an estimate and can occasionally slide; any changes in delivery will be communicated.
IN-STOCK ITEMS:
Items that are communicated in the individual listing to be in-stock or ready-to-ship will generally be shipped 3-5 business days from order. Delivery times are determined by USPS.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
GABERCRETE does not currently collect import taxes or duties on the customer's behalf at the time of sale. The responsibility to cover these during the shipping process falls to the customer. If an international package is non-deliverable and returns back to our P.O. box, the customer is responsible for paying to have the item reshipped.
IF ITEM IS RETURNED TO SENDER:
Please note that for all order types, the customer is responsible for paying for shipment again if a package is undeliverable or returned to sender based on factors such as: incomplete address information, obstructed delivery areas, or not picking up mail held at a local post office or customs office.
