Refund policy

Please see below for specific return policies for different types of products.

To start a return, you can contact us at emma@gabercrete.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and for coordinating their return method. Once the returned item is received in good condition, we will refund the cost of the product to the original payment method (minus the original shipping expense). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the availability of stock and how quickly we tend to sell through, we do not offer exchanges on any types of products. If you would like to "exchange" an item, we suggest requesting a return for your current product and placing a new order for the one you want instead, to ensure we don't sell out before you have an opportunity.


CUSTOM/BESPOKE GARMENTS:

We have a “no returns/refunds” policy for any custom garments. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.


PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS:

If the product you ordered was ordered during a pre-order run, we DO NOT offer cancellations or transfers once the order is placed or during the production of the garment. We do things this way because of the small-run nature of our business - it’s difficult for us to recover from cancelled pre-orders, so please be sure when you place your order that you are confident in your purchase!

You can, however, return your garment after it is shipped and has been received. Once you receive your pre-ordered garment, our return/refund policy is that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and must be packaged with care when shipping back to us (product must be undamaged by the packaging method chosen - we ask that you please take reasonable care in folding it for transport back to us).


IN STOCK PRODUCTS:

If a ready-to-wear product is ordered while in stock (AKA, not as a pre-order), our return/refund policy is that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and must be packaged with care when shipping back to us (product must be undamaged by the packaging method chosen - we ask that you please take reasonable care in folding it for transport back to us).

 

SALE & PROTOTYPE GARMENTS:

We do not offer returns for products described as "prototypes" or products sold at a discount/on sale.
